Kindergarten
VKV Koç Özel İlköğretim Okulu; Kindergarden Department’s objective
is to raise individuals with well developed physical, emotional and
social functions who care for themselves, their families and their
environment; who are self-confident, self-sufficient, able to think
multidimensional, ask questions, defend their own rights, show respect
to the rights and freedoms of others, and recognize and love Atatürk.
Application
Unit-linked
activities are planned taking into consideration the developmental
levels and learning skills of students. Activities are reinforced
through connection with different subjects.

Materials
In kindergarten, learning is more effective when the children
actively participate in the learning process. Visual learning is
important for this age group. is is why we prefer to use in-class
materials, multi-purpose left over materials, and natural materials
which are collected from our surroundings. Also, training trips,
arranged for each subject, make the learning process more enjoyable and
effective.
