Dear Alumni,

The mission of the Alumni Office is to take an active part in the communication between all alumni and the Koç School.

We have almost 4,000 alumni, all of whom are natural members of the Alumni Office. We often work with the Alumni Association to make sure we reach each and every one of you.

What we do:

• One of most important, yet the hardest, duties is to maintain a current database that we share with the Alumni Association.

• We have several ways to provide transparent and up-to-date  information about the school to all alumni. Voice magazine, email newsletters, social gatherings and networking events all help us keep in touch with you, and you with The Koç School.

• We organize the graduation ball for the senior class.

• We also organize the 10^th, 15^th and 20^th class reunions as well as overseas reunions (London and NYC)

• We try to facilitate alumni participation in many school related projects, such as mentoring, fundraising, and career networking.  

Who we are:

The Alumni Office works with Zeynep Kurmuş Hürbaş (Head of Corporate Communications) and Pınar Çelikörslü (Publications Coordinator) under the Institutional Advancement Office.

How to help:

• We always need volunteers. In June 2012, we celebrated three class reunions with the support of Reunion Committees. It doesn’t have to be your reunion year to help, though – we prefer alumni to help organize these events so your voice is heard in every step.

• Participate in the events! Just show up. Keeping school spirit alive and rejuvenating old friendships are ways to support us as well. You are role models to our current students, and whether you realize it or not, your presence is felt everywhere in school.

• We can reach you much easier if we have your current data. Just drop us a note if your address changes, you move, or have a new job.
