COMPETITIONS FOR STUDENTS

4-8 MATHS AND SCIENCE COMPETITION

This is  is a competition organised by maths department teachers within the school. It takes place in December. The students attend to the competitions with a group of four from each level from 4 through 8. The students are awarded by a medal and a present.

GRADE 6 ATLANTIC PACIFIC CONTEST

This is an international contest with a set of 6 competition. Each competitions duration is 30 minutes. 5 students from each class are nominated by maths teachers to attend this competition in the period of November till April. For more information click the icon on the left.

GRADE 7 GAUSS CONTEST

This is an international competition and takes place at the school like an exam. 5 students from each class are nominated by maths teachers to attend this competition. For more information click the icon on the left.   

GRADE 8 AMERICAN MATHEMATICS COMPETITION

AMC8  is an international competition of 40 minute 25 multiple choice questions, that developes the problem solving skills. 5 students from each class are nominated by maths teachers and they attend this competition on November. Click the left icon for more information. 

WORLD MATH DAY

Every Year students from 1-8 levels compete with students from all over the world on 5th of March. Click the left icon for more information.
